Athletic Director

I believe that in order to be successful in education, athletics, and life, we must exhibit motivation, organization, and enthusiasm or M.O.E.

Motivation - To be successful you must be motivated.  In order to achieve a goal you must have an inner drive.  Student athletes must be motivated on the field as well as in the classroom.  In order for this to be achieved - teachers, coaches, and the administration must show each and every student that they are also motivated.  Motivation is what makes goals easy to accomplish.

Organization - To be successful, you must be organized.  Organization will help you execute your plan.  If educators all stay on the same page and exhibit organization, more is accomplished.  If everyone is moving in the same direction and communicates with one another - success will happen.

Enthusiasm - To be successful, you must be enthusiastic.  I often think of a quote, “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.”  Coaches, players, and the community must exhibit enthusiasm in order for success to be achieved.  Enthusiasm is contagious.  You must be enthusiastic about what you are doing.
