We have been made aware of a phishing scheme going around that appears to be coming from a Malakoff ISD email address. These emails may look legitimate, but they are not.
To help protect yourself and your information, please remember:
- Don't open anything you aren't expecting
- Don't click on links or download attachments from unknown or unexpected emails.
- Look for red flags. Be cautious of urgent requests, unexpected attachments, or messages that ask for personal information.
- When in doubt, verify. Contact us at communications@malakoffisd.org directly or ask the sender.
